Topaz Power Group is an Austin, Texas based independent power producer owned by private equity investors through Riverstone Holdings, LLC. Topaz was originally formed in 2004 as a joint venture between Sempra Energy Partners and Carlyle/Riverstone Global Energy and Power Fund. Topaz’s experienced management team has a reputation for nimble action to take advantage of the dynamic energy markets.
 
The Topaz leadership team is made up of highly qualified individuals with over 175 years of industry experience across all areas of power plant construction and management.
