Sapphire Power
Sapphire Power, a new portfolio company with plants strategically located in the northeast United States competitive power markets, includes seven combined-cycle gas fired plants and one gas fired peaking unit. Topaz manages the portfolio and two additional units that were not part of the acquisition.
